The property has three bedrooms, each with king size bed, private garden bathroom, hot and cold water shower and toilet.

All rooms feature both air conditioning and ceiling fans, as well as huge sliding glass doors for natural ventilation. The roof and walls also connect in such a way as to permit natural airflow.

The spacious Master Room (around 31.5 sq. m.) is a separate building, offering complete privacy. The bathroom features a terrazzo bath along with separate shower and twin basins, and the room has a large verandah overlooking the garden. The space has a dividing partition, creating an area where extra bedding can be added for one additional adult.

A separate wing houses the two Standard Guest Rooms, each approximately 28 sq. m. Each room has two sets of sliding glass doors that overlook a private bathroom garden. These two rooms open to either side of a central breezeway/sitting area.

A stunning elevated main pavilion overlooking the garden houses the living, dining and AV rooms. This area is for the shared enjoyment of all guests.
